I have been coming here for years .I don't know what's going on but in getting pretty upset every time I come in I get the same thing and the price is always different. Love Holly but just can't come back.Got my feet done today and they are not even done properly.
Went in today for a new set, the nail inspo I had was a photo, the nails are all different lengths and not the same shape, the lady asked me if I wanted the same shape as the photo, which they’re not close to, when asking me if the length and shape was okay i was shown one finger which did look good so there were no complaints at the time. The paint job is not the best which also does not look like the photo which was a basic double French, nothing too complicated whatsoever. The 2 stars are for the one pointer finger that looks good. Definitely not worth a hour and 40 mins & $87
This was the worst nail experience of my life. The service I got was a gel manicure on my natural nail. To start, once seated the only entertainment during the service was the bible channel; with non stop sermons playing over the tv, or the radio which was being switched between a bible sermon station or the same song on repeat. The technician who was doing my nails seemed distracted and kept looking away even while trimming my cuticles, which ended up with me having a large cut beside my nail bed that bled through the entire appointment. The nail polish itself looked ok, other than the finger with the bleed which was lopsided (they did offer to have me come back AFTER I pointed out how it looked, but at this point I just wanted to leave) Now it is only 4 days later and over half the nails have the gel either partially or completely lifted off. Would recommend looking elsewhere for your nail service!
The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was really nice but when i got home my pedicure was done poorly and my manicure i still had cuticles which felt like i did nothing. She told me my nails were dry but as soon as i got in my car 2 of my nails were ruined. Ill never go to that place again eventhough its clean. I took pictures just in case to show. I dont advice you to go there. Please listen to the 1 star reviews they are not wrong
First Timer! Finding a good nail salon in a new area can be tricky, but after reading the reviews here and getting a personal recommendation, I decided to try them out and I'm so happy I did! They accepted me as a walk-in and I had Nancy who was absolutely amazing! I did an Acrylic Full Set for the first time - ever - and she paid meticulous attention to each nail which I was very impressed with. I also want to credit her sharp focus with my design too - taking such great care. The hand massage was a nice treat also! I also got their luxury pedicure (it was my birthday so I splurged) which was so soothing and left my legs and feet super smooth! Would definitely recommend to anyone that asks and will be visiting again 💛
